La Secretaría Técnica de PESI ofrece Servicios gratuitos a sus Socios de apoyo para la participación en las convocatorias europeas (búsqueda de Socios y Consorcios, preparación del Profile, evaluación del Topic, aportar Expertos para los Advisory Board y Stakeholders Group, aportaciones dle Modelo PESI de Gobernanza y gestión de Riesgos, etc.)

Digital Europe Programme published & 2026 calls

The calls for proposals 'DIGITAL-2026-SKILLS-10 - Advanced Digital Skills' and 'DIGITAL-2026-BESTUSE-10 - Accelerating Best Use of Technologies' are now published on the Funding and Tenders portal and will open on 21 April 2026.

Advanced Digital Skills

1. DIGITAL-2026-SKILLS-10-DIGITAL-HEALTH-STEP - Advanced Digital Skills for AI Uptake in Health: This topic aims to expand the offer of education and training in Artificial Intelligence in health. It will fund higher education and training, research organisations and industry to jointly design and deliver training programmes to increase the AI readiness of healthcare organisations and their workforce and support the effective uptake of AI solutions in healthcare settings. Budget: €7.8 million.
2. DIGITAL-2026-SKILLS-10-NATIONAL-COALITIONS  - Digital Skills and Jobs Platform: The National Coalitions for Digital Skills and Jobs: This topic supports the establishment of new National Coalitions for Digital Skills and Jobs and national platforms in Member States and DIGITAL associated countries that do not have one yet, as well as the expansion and continued operation of activities of already established National Coalitions and national websites. Budget: €2 million.
3. DIGITAL-2026-SKILLS-10-EDTECH -  EdTech accelerator: This topic assist European EdTech startups and SMEs in transforming concepts for educational solutions into matured and fully tested applications and solutions. Budget: €2.7 million.

Accelerating Best Use of Technologies

1. DIGITAL-2026-BESTUSE-10-EHDS - Building capacity to deploy the EEHRxF and digital health services and systems to support the rights of citizens and reuse of health data under EHDS: This topic aims to build capacity to deploy the European Electronic Health Record Exchange Format (EEHRxF), and digital health services and systems to support the rights of citizens and reuse of health data under the European Health Data Space (EHDS). Budget: €14.4 million.
2. DIGITAL-2026-BESTUSE-10-NETWORKSICs - Ensuring comprehensive geographical coverage of the Network of Safer Internet Centres (SICs): This topic aims to contribute to the protection and empowerment of children online, a key EU priority, through comprehensive geographical coverage of national Safer Internet Centres (SICs) network in the EU. The SICs will provide online safety information, educational resources, public awareness tools and counselling and reporting services (through dedicated helplines and hotlines) for young people, teachers/educators, and parents/carers. Budget: €10 million.

The deadline to submit applications for these calls is 1 October 2026 at 17:00 Brussels time.
