La Comisión Europea (DGHOME y Grupo CERIS en las que participa la Secretaría de PESI) impulsa la participación de los Agentes activos (Practitioners) en el Programa I+D+i de Seguridad y Resiliencia (Horizonte Europa Cluster 3: Civil Security for Society).

La Secretaría de PESI está ralizando una importante labor de información y acompañamiento de los Equipos de intervención en emergencias (Bomberos, Equipos de rescate, Emergencias médicas, 112, Agencias de Emergencias...) además de los Operadores de Entidades Críticas y Empresas con nivels altos de riesgos (tecnológicos, climáticos, operacionales y de Ciberseguridad).
